Being Fully Persuaded – Romans 4:20-22
Abraham was fully persuaded that God would fulfill his promise and was declared righteous. So will all today who put their faith in Christ.
But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us. (2 Cor. 4:7 NIV)
Abraham was fully persuaded that God would fulfill his promise and was declared righteous. So will all today who put their faith in Christ.
Who can condemn the ones for whom Christ died? Especially since the one who died for us is at the hand of the Father interceding for us.
As those who have been washed, sanctified and justified, it is only appropriate that we live the rest of our lives here seeking to honor and serve the one who made that possible. Dare to live the rest of your life set apart in service to the king. Praise God for his indescribable gift.
The doctrine of salvation encompasses our initial salvation experience, our ongoing walk with Christ, and our final deliverance.
