Praise the LORD.
Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good;
his love endures forever.
Who can proclaim the mighty acts of the LORD
or fully declare his praise?

Psalm 106:1-2 NIV

Today is Thanksgiving in the United States. It is a day set aside for remembering how blessed we are and for giving thanks. I believe it is appropriate for us to take time as believers to remember all God has done for us. And to give thanks to him. Not just today, but every day.

Along with the psalmist, I give thanks and praise to the LORD our God. He is indeed good and loves us beyond measure. His greatness is beyond my comprehension or ability to fully express. But I am thankful that he loves me and has called me into his kingdom and service.

I am thankful for the family and friends he has given me, the home I have, my health, and a church that I can be a part of. I have been truly blessed beyond measure.

And I am thankful for each of you who read this. Some of you I have met and know personally. Some of you I have had the privilege of coming to know through an online connection. And many of you are unknown to me. But I am thankful to our Lord for each of you and pray for his blessing on you in the days, months, and years to come. Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever.
